Video/Teleconferencing Information

 

The Alaska OWL project (Online With Libraries), has provided the following benefits and brand new equipment for our library:

• Increased Broadband speed, and more reliable internet at a reduced cost

• Five desktop computers, four Laptop computers, a Wireless Router, and a Printer/Copier/Scanner

• Cisco codec and camera

• Digital video and stills camera

• Disability software (zoomtext) for visually impaired patrons

• Videoteleconference equipment

• The ability to attend interactive videoteleconferences with libraries and institutions across the state and the world

• Early literacy station

• Digital Presenter
