Needlework night at the library!

Posted by Laura Haskins - Library Director on May 9, 2011

Beginning on May 16, Monday evenings at the library will bring something special. We’re inviting local needleworkers, whether it be knitting needles or a crochet hook or an embroidery or beading needle, to join us during the regular library opening from 6:30 to 8:30.

Are you a novice? An expert? A winter resident or seasonal? Really, pretty much anyone is welcome to join us with their portable handwork projects for a this-isn’t-a-“sssshhhhhh”-kind-of-library evening to help you find a break between your busy weekend and your busier week.

So grab your yarn or thread your needles and plan to join us on Monday evenings for a laid-back session of stitching and conversation.
